Institutionally manages the Riverfront Conference Center, a conference/retreat facility owned by the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) and located in Port Deposit, MD.

Operates the campus-wide copy concession, which includes a debit-card system that provides access to 17 copiers and two printers located in the Health Sciences Library and various schools across campus.

Develops and manages contracts for food services in Student Union and Dental School, campus food vending, University Bookstore, Credit Union and related services.

Oversees the contract for the University Bookstore which is managed by Barnes and Noble and located in the Student Center at Pinestreet.

Participates in the management of the on-campus child care center and manages the UMB Child Care Scholarship Program.

Develops and implements self-supporting services to meet the expanding activities and needs of the UMB professional schools.

This office is also responsible for the following campus support services:

  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Pascault Row Apartments.
  • Provides students with information and real estate listings concerning convenient, affordable and safe living accommodations in neighborhoods surrounding the UMB campus. Additionally, this program assists students looking for roommates within the UMB student population.
